The Basement
You’ll find the original boiler and many of the original pipes along side a cool rec room and a future wine cellar.
While many people don’t get excited about this, the water pipe coming into the house and the boiler that heats it are extremely large, meaning you don’t have to worry about cold showers or a loss of pressure.
Utility Room
The original radiators are not just for show. Just as in 1909, boiler heat is used to combat the cold Missouri winters. In addition, the boiler supplies continuous hot water for guest rooms.
